Images
Turn an idea into a post-ready image, then adjust it in plain words without leaving the chat.
Last updated October 27, 2026
Make images for posts, ads, blog headers and mockups by describing them in the chat. You can then change them by asking, just like text.
Make an image#
Ask for it in any chat. Describe the subject, the style and where it will be used:
Make a bright flat illustration of a coffee cup on a desk with a laptop, for a blog header. Warm colours, no text.
Social Bellow creates the image and shows it in the reply. It can take a little longer than a text reply.
Choose the size and background#
Select Image options in the message box to set how the images in this chat are made:
| Option | Choices |
|---|---|
| Size | Landscape (1536 × 1024), Portrait (1024 × 1536) or Square (1024 × 1024) |
| Background | Transparent or Solid |
Leave Auto on and Social Bellow picks what suits your request. A transparent background is handy for logos, stickers and product cut-outs you'll place on a design.
Change an image#
Reply in the same chat to adjust the image: "make the background dark blue", "add a second cup", "try a watercolour style". Each change makes a new image, so you can compare versions and keep the best one.
You can also work from your own pictures. Attach a photo or a design with Upload files and ask for a variation, a new background, or a description and caption.
Save or reuse an image#
Select an image to see it full size. From there you can:
- Download image to save it to your device.
- Attach image to add it to your message, so the next request can build on it.
How many images you can make#
Each plan includes a number of images, and paid plans include more. Making an image also uses SB tokens from your monthly allowance. You can see how many images you've made this month at the top of the app and under Account › Tokens. See Plans & SB tokens.
